Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Small Dwell Gadget! We are committed to providing you with safe, secure, and efficient worldwide shipping services. Please find the details of our Shipping Policy below:

1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
* You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or major holiday seasons. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email at loriburetta@gmail.com.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer international shipping to major countries and regions worldwide. The estimated delivery times (excluding order processing time) are as follows:
* Major Destinations (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.): Estimated 7 - 15 business days.
* Rest of the World: Estimated 10 - 20 business days.

Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to custom clearance procedures, international flight availability, extreme weather conditions, or local postal efficiency.

3. Shipping Rates & Customs
We strive to keep our shipping fees transparent and straightforward:
* Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide with no minimum purchase required.

4. Shipment Tracking
* Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your Tracking Number(s) and a tracking link.
* You can use this number to monitor your package's progress on our website or through global tracking platforms. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
* Small Dwell Gadget is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your order by your destination country.
* All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). We highly recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.

6. Damages and Lost Packages
* If your package is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, please contact our support team immediately at loriburetta@gmail.com.
* Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged items in your email so we can quickly arrange a replacement or process a refund for you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
